R+L's concept for coming Phase 3 work which includes newly conceived building entry & lobby. The lobby will open-up vertically with new mega-coffers that cut through a deep interstitial space above to flood the space with daylight.

In future Phase 3 work, a transformed entry & lobby will allow daylight in from the adjacent cafe and through new skylights above.

New mega-coffers will cut through a deep unused interstitial space above to increase the volume of space and fill it with natural light. Part of the coming Phase 3 work at KAM.
